GENERAL

 

To ensure the availability of the item, we take 2 days to process your order.
Our packages are shipped with tracking, from Monday to Friday, except for French and Monaco national holidays.

The estimated delivery time for orders across France is 3 business days. International shipping will take between 5 to 14 business days depending on the destination.

 

For items made to order:

We take 2 to 3 weeks to create the item and 2 business days to prepare it for shipping. While we aim to complete each order as shortly as possible, this time frame depends on the workload and the number of orders being processed at that time. 
 

Please use the provided time frames as a reference only.

In case of a failed delivery, it is the responsibility of the receiver to locate the package.

Although we do not carry responsibility for packages that may become lost in transit, we will do everything in our power to assist you in locating your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Costumers ordering outside of France, please note that at the time of delivery, your parcel may be subjected to import duties and taxes, for which you would be held responsible. For any additional information about custom taxes and charge estimation, please contact your local customs office.  

 

In case of any complications with package receiving caused by unpaid customs charges, the parcel would be considered abandoned, and the order would not be eligible for a refund. 

 

We do not hold the responsibility for any delivery delays caused by the customs clearance processes at the destination. 

RETURNING

Please note that if for any reason, you would like to return the product purchased on our website, we kindly ask you to proceed to the “Returns” section and send out a filled-in Return Request form within 7 days of your order’s arrival. All returned items must remain unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached. 


The shipping cost is a responsibility of the returnee and will not be refunded. Any returning packages lost in transit/not received/damaged are not our responsibility and, therefore, unfortunately, can not be subjected to a refund. We kindly remind you that your returning package must be shipped back within 7 days of the date the parcel was delivered. Please note that we do not refund any international duties and taxes. We invite you to contact your local customs office to receive information on reclaiming international duties and taxes. 


Once your returning package is received, inspected, and approved for the refund, we will send you a confirmation email. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow 10 business days for the refund to post to your bank / PayPal account.
